PharmaFind
Overview
PharmaFind is a platform that assists users by tracking prescription availability which aims to increase quality of life for users who struggle to obtain required medicines through real-time updates of medication availability.
Problem
When certain drugs are in demand or backed up, it can be difficult for patients to get the medicine that they require.
Example: Dextroamphetamine is provided at pharmacies on a first-come-first-serve basis. When the user calls and finds that the amount and strength level they need is available, they must then contact their psychiatrist to place the order. If the psychiatrist fails to do so in a timely manner, then the medicine risks being claimed by another individual, then the process must be repeated until an available pharmacy is found and the psychiatrist is available at call. This is a grueling process that excludes other factors, such as the tedious automated assistants when calling to reach the Pharmacy department at every location.

Design Process
I would normally begin with diagramming, however I wanted to tabulate the ideas that were fresh in my mind before they slipped, so I sketched specific requirements that were necessary to PharmaFind such as medication availability status, location of pharmacy that has the medication, and the option to save certain medications.
I then created Information Architecture Diagrams to map a clear mental model of the application.

I jumped straight into the Figma design to obtain an early iteration of the prototype to help solidify the design of the product below:
